Anne T. Daley, MS, CMQOE, CSSBB, CLC, MT, DLM, Senior Consultant, has over 30 years of diagnostic operations management experience in hospital and commercial outreach settings. Ms. Daley performs operational studies for Chi clients with a focus on system integration, cost containment, project management, process improvement, and quality management. Prior to joining Chi, she directed core and hospital laboratory technical operations for a leading integrated outreach laboratory and health system in the Southwest. Certified by the American Society for Quality as a Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence and as a Six Sigma Black Belt, she has served on the Clinical Laboratory Management Association Board of Directors and performs various projects and committee work for the Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute. Ms. Daley holds an MS in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
